All goods supplied by Sticky Business are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Manufacturer, failure to follow the Manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify Sticky Business by phone or via e-mail within 48 Hours.
The sole responsibility is on the customer to ensure:
We do not take any responsibility for any spelling mistakes, poor image quality or improper use of copyrighted artwork.
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no-returns policy on customised goods. All sales are final. We will, however replace (or discount) for any errors on our part.
Delivery of goods will be carried out by An Post for smaller items and by courier for larger items. When placing an order please ensure that the correct delivery address is supplied, with Eircode and that a phone number is provided for couriers. All stock orders are shipped within 3 working days of an order being placed. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. We are not responsibile for late deliveries by courier company/An Post.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign for the parcel as “DAMAGED”. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Sticky Business until paid for in full. The goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared by the Credit Card Company and/or Bank.
Out of Stock Items
In the event that an Item, that you have ordered has run out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you one of the following
A) A substitution with a similar item of the same or higher value.
B) Item put on backorder and shipped to you as soon as it arrives in
C) A full refund.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price Sticky Business reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
